Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Jira Software project (company managed Scrum for example)
2. Go to Releases in the project
3. Click the Learn More link

Expected Results

We expect that this will load a help page or a documentation page such as https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/deploy-a-release/

Actual Results

An error message page is displayed instead we see a message of:

Something's gone wrong

Something prevented the page from loading. We will try to reconect automatically

There is also a type in the error message where 'reconect' should be spelled 'reconnect', but I will seek to create a separate request to correct that problem.
