Unable to set status upon issue creation for Jira in Slack

      Currently, creating an issue from Slack does not allow a user to set the starting status of an issue to something else aside from the default, even if this is possible on Jira's end. Adding this feature in would make issue creation from Slack more efficient as it wouldn't require users to open up the ticket after it's created to transition it to the desired status.

      For example, this isn't possible when creating the issue in slack:

            Reporter:
            Hieuy Mac
