Enable Wiki Renderering for the Work Log description field

      It would be nice addition to enable wiki style rendering for the Work Log description field. I am not 100% sure where this should be enabled since it really is not part of a Field Configuration, it may simply have to be a flag/choice on the Work Log enable page.
