Timeline dates are obscured when entering fullscreen mode while a banner is present

      Issue Summary

      On the JSW Timeline, the dates on the timeline header are obscured in fullscreen mode when a banner is present.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the JSW timeline on a Jira instance with a banner present
      2. Click the fullscreen button

      Expected Results

      Should be able to see all timeline elements - page should not be obstructed by the banner

      Actual Results

      Timeline elements sit behind the banner

      Workaround

      Exit fullscreen mode
