Next-gen Epics created in Roadmap cannot be used in other Projects

      Summary

      Epics that belong to a Roadmap cannot be used for other Projects as when attempting to select the Epic in the Epic Link field, the Epic appears as *unlabelled-KEY‌-0*.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Epic in a Next-gen Project in Roadmap
      2. Try to add any Issue outside of this Project to the Epic
