Issue Summary

When creating an issue and having an obligatory field, Jira displays a pop-up header in the creating issue box but only shows one field that is required but not all the required fields.

Steps to Reproduce

Have more than one required field in the workflow, try to create an issue in the project that contains that workflow, and try to proceed without filling those fields.

You will get a notification about one field instead of all required fields.

If you close this create issue pop-up and try to create it again the header notification will still be there.

Expected Results

Display all required fields and remove that header after you close the creating issue pop-up.
