Filter by Label/Tags to include Label/Tag typed customField Values

      When filtering on a Label or Tags, we would like the customField values to be included within the default Label/Tags filter.

      Steps

      1. Create a custom field (Label or Tags type)
      2. Apply the custom field to a project
      3. Fill the issue label
      4. Label filter would include the new "Label" customFields value
