      Problem

      The customer is encountering the following error on a specific JSW plan: "There was an error when loading in atlas goals."

      This should be supported according to Atlas goals in Jira Software Cloud timeline and plans

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the plan timeline.
      2. Notice the error message: "There was an error when loading in atlas goals."

      Expected Results

      Goals are displayed in Jira plans.

      Actual Results

      An error message is presented: "There was an error when loading in atlas goals."
