      Issue Summary

Under plans, summary tab, when clicking on blocked issues and selecting a date filter, it redirects to a set of issues that do not really match the description with issues with overlapping date

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Navigate https://xxx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/CDI/people.
      • Add yourself to project admin role.
      • Navigate to plan
      • On a plan, have dependent issues of block link type and other dependency link types.
      • Click on blocked issues.
      • There are inconsistencies, sometimes it shows a different count when clicking on link that depends on several issues

      Expected Results

The blocked issues redirected should match the issue counter where clicked

      Actual Results

The blocked issues number is not consistent with the issue counter where clicked

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

      Atlassian Update: Feb 2025,

Thank you for your patience while we addressed the issue related to the "Blocked issues" functionality. We have completed the necessary updates, which should resolve the inconsistencies you experienced.

      Resolution Details:

The "Blocked issues" and "Key Dependencies" charts have been updated to reflect all dependency link types, not just the "BLOCKS" type. This change ensures that the charts provide a comprehensive view of dependencies impacting your project timelines.

The charts now consider issues with a negative lead time, indicated by a red dependency line on the timeline, regardless of the link type.

We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to verify the changes on your end. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for helping us improve our product.

      Kind regards,
