The roadmap feature is currently only working if the filter does not contain issues of any project other than the current project that the board is attached to.

I suggest to enable the roadmap as soon as the filter contains only one project - no matter which project it is. This should also include service desk projects.

Use Case:

Roadmap should be enabled for project "SOFTWARE" that only contains issues of project "SERVICEDESK".
