Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a kanban board
2. Go to the timeline
3. Create 4 issues
4. Create the following dependency:
   • Issue 1 Blocks Issue 2 And Issue 3
   • Issue 2 Blocks Issue 3
   • Issue 3 blocks Issue 4 (failed)

Expected Results

Be able to create the dependency between issue 3 and issue 4

Actual Results

Couldn’t create dependency

Remove the existing dependency between SC-8 and SC-10, and try again.
The below exception is thrown in the console.log file:

“Dependency cycle exceeds supported depth.”

Workaround

Create the link using the link “blocks by” in the issue screen
Create the dependency in Advance Roadmaps
