Summary

Currently, you can have more than one "Done" status, as well as map more than one status to a column on team-managed projects.

But Jira still considers the last column of the board when completing a sprint, that is, only issues that are on the far right column will be considered as being complete at the end of the sprint.

Suggestion

Have Jira consider the Done statuses rather than the last column.
