Problem

The Jira custom field screen displays some information about the use of the custom field:

• Type
• Screen (How many screens are using the field)
• Projects (How many projects are using the field)
• Last Used

The project information shows a sum of all projects that has the custom field on their screens. But, this sum just counts the projects that are not archived or are in the trash.

Suggestion

The total of projects using the custom field in the custom field screen shows the archived projects and projects in the trash.
