Adding the celebration of accomplishments is an feature in a software project, also allows the user to enable or disable this feature within the instance.

Steps to Reproduce

When a user transitions an issue from a regular column (i.e. one that does not have a 'done' status) to a 'done' status column in the board view of a software project, confetti should be displayed as visual feedback.
