When accessing an URL of a deleted Board, there is a misleading 'Board not accessible' error message

      Issue Summary

      If you try to access the URL of an already deleted Software Board, the error message suggests that the Board already exists but it won't have a location.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Software Board (Kanban or Scrum)
      2. Copy its URL
      3. Delete the Board
      4. Try to access the copied URL

      Expected Results

      A message displaying that the Board was deleted.

      Actual Results

      It seems this board doesn't have an assigned location.
You can ask your board administrator to assign it to a project or user.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
