Provide Card Layout and Estimation Global Configuration

      Problem Description

      It is not currently possible to configure the default settings for Card Layout and Estimation Statistic. Users sometimes forget to add certain fields on the board.

      Suggested Resolution

      It would great to have this option so that user can set the default fields for Card Layout/ default Estimation Statistic.
