Currently, on the Jira board, we have a tab to view EPIC.
However, for customers who have a Custom Hierarchy level, it would be better to have a similar tab for issues with a hierarchy level above EPIC

Workaround:
As a workaround, we can use swimlanes to group issues on a Jira board
