Deleting default Story and Epic issues type is not possible

      Issue Summary

      It seems that there is an issue with deleting the Story or Epic issue types. Every time a board is opened, these issue types are being recreated instead of being permanently removed.
      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Settings > Issues
      2. Issues type > Delete Epic and Story
      3. Open any board Company management board
      4. Issues type are recreated and associated with the default scheme

      Expected Results

      The issue type should stay deleted.

      Actual Results

      Tthe issue types (Story or Epic) are being automatically recreated by any user who accesses the board. This unintended behaviour could cause inconvenience

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
