Issue Summary

The assignee quick filter buttons can show an unwanted user, if you have a sub-tasks falling under the board filter query, the assignee from the parent will be shown as a button even if his issue is not showing at the board at all

(btw these are the buttons)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board with a filter that include sub-tasks
2. Create a ticket that doesn't match the board filter criteria
3. Create sub-tasks for that ticket that does match under the board filter criteria
4. Check the assignee buttons

Expected Results

The assignee buttons only show people who actually have issues in the board

Actual Results

The assignee buttons show the assignee of the ticket from Step 2 even though that assignee has no issue in the board.
