Issue Summary

When user's language is set to German, starting a sprint with Start Date and End Date picked with the date picker will throw an error as in the below example:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch user profile language to German
2. Create a new sprint in a project
3. Start the sprint with the start date and end date

Expected Results

With the dates selected from the date picker, the sprint should be started

Actual Results

An error is thrown that the Start Date and End Date are in the wrong format

Workaround

The current known workaround is to change the language of the user to English.
