As a Jira Software project admin, I want to be able to rename a team-managed board when a sprint is active

      Currently, it is only possible to rename a next-gen board when there is no active sprint visible on it.

      As a Jira software user, I want to be able to see and rename a next-gen board when a sprint is active on it.

      Workaround

      The board can be renamed when there is no active sprint on the board
