Ability to add sections to the Kanban Backlog like the Sprint Backlog for grooming purposes. Need a Waterline Section for Refinement tickets and for many other reasons. 

Don't want to add an Epic and link items or tag tickets with labels. Want to move tickets in the backlog to different Sections. Section 1, Section 2, etc. Have the ability to rename the sections.
