Improve error message when user is unable to complete the sprint due to permission issues

      Current Scenario
      The user is getting the below error message when he/she tries to complete All sprints but is unable to do so due to some permission issues on a few of the sprints 

       

      Desired Scenario
      Have proper error messaging.
