Ability to pull the list of all Sprints and Export the list

      As a site admin, the customer needs to export the list of all sprints to manage the entire site.
      For example, all sprints are shown in the "Sprint" Field due to JSWCLOUD-10805, so It's natural for an admin to want to remove unnecessary sprints. For that, the list of sprints is important.

      Another use case would be that Jira admin will want to see all Sprints to make sure that they are properly configured such as naming the Sprint.
