Currently, if we have child issues under Epics they will always follow the global rank applied to the board when rearranged under the Epic, this can cause a lot of confusion if the customers also follow their work through the backlog and not only the timeline or plan.

The suggestion is to have the same rank of issues under the Epics have the same rank on the backlog(i.e Epic 1 on the timeline with Child issue 1, the child issue will always be the first issue on the backlog even if there are another child issue levels with a bigger rank to show)
