Prevent issue to be added to Epic that has been marked as Done

      Issues and stories can still be added into the Epic that has been marked as Done.

      When using the Epic Link dropdown list, there's an option to remove the Epics that have been marked as Done, however, if you decide to show them, you can associate a Done Epic and there's no way to prevent it.

      Expectation

      Epic that has been marked as Done should not be selectable inside the dropdown list of the Epic Link field.
