Issue Summary

Epics don't appear in the Epic dropdown or Epic panel when using the enhanced board settings in the Backlog. 

The Epic dropdown will also show "Your project has no Epic" even though Epics are indeed present on the project.

Steps to Reproduce

Note: this does not impact all projects

1. Navigate to a company-managed project that utilizes Epics
2. Enable Enhance my board and backlog
3. Navigate to the Backlog and select the Epic dropdown
4. Toggle Epics on

Expected Results

Epic Panel should appear with the Epics of that project

Actual Results

Epics fail to appear and user encounters a generic error: 

Something's gone wrong
Refresh the page and try again.
ERROR: 1OXBCJO 

Workaround

Disabling the Enhanced Jira Board and Backlog setting resolves the issue.
