      Issue Summary

      Create restore button from ticket history for the description. Jira should have a restore button for such data loss. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create description with - table/attachment/text/images
      2. Delete those, the details will show in history but there is no way to restore them using UI or any other method. 

      Expected Results

      Jira should have restore tab to get the deleted data from history section of ticket. 

      Actual Results

      There is no way to recover lost data from Jira UI history section.

      Workaround:

      There is a way to partially recover data using API - 'rest/api/2/issue' but it does not recover full data like tables/attachements etc
