Issue Summary

If the property jira.issue.editable is set to false in a workflow status, the list view doesn't respect this configuration, and you can modify the issue fields (tested with Assignee).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the jira.issue.editable to false in the workflow status.
2. The issue is no longer editable in the issue view when the ticket is placed on that status.
3. Go to the List view on the left side panel, and the Assignee field is editable.

Expected Results

Fields shouldn't be editable on the list view when the jira.issue.editable property is set to false.

Actual Results

Fields shouldn't be editable on the list view when the jira.issue.editable property is set to false.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
