Issue Summary

Users may be unable to edit the "Team" field in project list view for both team-managed (TMP) and company-managed (CMP) project types. For TMP, projects created via certain templates work, some not.

Steps to Reproduce

Team-managed project

1. Create a new work management  (team-managed) project using the "Project Management" template.
2. Create one issue
3. Go to the project list view
4. Try to edit the field Team , Sprint

Company-managed project

1. Create a new CMP project.
2. Remove all issue types in the project's issue type scheme except Task and Sub-task.
3. Create a new 'Task' issue in the project.
4. Go to the project list view and observe that the Team (or Sprint) field is editable.
5. Remove Task, and add Story issue type to the project's issue type scheme. Leave Sub-task intact. Issue type migration will happen for the previously created issue.
6. Go to the project list view again and observe that the Team (or Sprint) field is now non-editable.

Expected Results

Users should be able to edit the "Team" (or Sprint) field with Team/Sprint names auto-suggested in the project's list view.

Actual Results

Can't edit the "Team" (or Sprint) field in the project's list view.

Workaround

• If project work management (Team-managed) has a different template like "Task tracking" it would allow
• It is possible to edit the "Team" (or Sprint) field via the view issue screen directly.
