Sprint insights to support custom fields

      Summary

      The Sprint insights report found in Scrum Boards currently does not support custom fields as an estimating setting. It only supports story points, issue count, or time estimation.

      Proposed solutions

      Allow the report to support a custom Number Field since Story points and Issue counts are the same numerical values in nature. This will give users more flexibility in reporting.
