Issue Summary

When on the Version Report, sometimes we'll notice clipping of the chart data. It won't render predictions up to 100% of the version completion, clipping some of the prediction line.

The line itself and prediction are still correct, but the bounds of the chart aren't.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create and estimate some issues
2. Create a release
3. Add these issues to the release
4. Open a release report and observe the predicted completion date
5. Update your release so that the prediction would be more than 90 days in the future

Expected Results

The chart will render with some padding around its contents.

Actual Results

The chart clips its content depending on the board's non-working days configuration.
