Issue Summary

In order to get Jira Cloud tickets in sync with their corresponding Repositories for the Commits, Branches and Pull Requests, we would need to run a Backfill in GitHub for Jira Cloud Plugin.

Steps to Reproduce

Going to Apps> GitHub> Configure Integration > Repo Settings "..." > Restart Backfill.

Expected Results

Be able to automate the trigger which updates the information from Github, in Jira:

Actual Results

Customers are just able to do it manually by following the steps:
Going to Apps> GitHub> Configure Integration > Repo Settings "..." > Restart Backfill.

Workaround

Perform that action manually.
