Dev Info takes hours time to sync from SCM Bitbucket/Github/Gitlab/Azure DevOps to Jira and sometimes PRs do not sync at all

Environment

Jira Cloud -> Bitbucket Cloud/Github

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a branch on Bitbucket/Github using Jira's Dev Info
• Commit anything mentioning the issue
• Create a PR

Expected Results

• Under optimal circumstances, changes in your SCM should show up in Jira within 1 to 2 minutes
• However the system is an eventually consistent one that deals with peak times of high load and involves some caching. It is possible that changes can take up to an hour to show up in Jira, but this should be exceptional and far from the norm.

Actual Results

Changes don't reflect for hours sometimes
