Allow Bulk edit issues for legacy "Team" (shared team) field in new bulk update experience

      Issue Summary

      Users are not able to edit the 'Team' custom field when trying to bulk edit issues in bulk edit new experience when the environment is not migrated from Shared team to Atlassian team

      Also, an error message  Error rendering 'rm-teams-custom-field-team'. Please contact your Jira administrators. is displayed when trying to bulk edit issues
      Legacy bulk edit experience used to support both Shared team and Atlassian team. The new experience only support Atlassian team field.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1.  The problem is related to the Advanced roadmap default team field (com.atlassian.teams:rm-teams-custom-field-team).
      2. Issue occurs when the environment is not migrated from Shared team to Atlassian team

      Workaround

      Update team field individually from issue view for each issue.
