Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using a basic user without administer projects permission
2. Go to the backlog(Scrum or kanban)
3. Select any issue and click to edit the fields
4. After changing the field, click on Next and Confirm

Expected Results

• The changes are correctly saved to the tickets

Actual Results

• The error message is displayed
