      Issue Summary

      The field "Parent" is not showing on the Issue View and Issue Create screens when the associated project is configured with a newly created field configuration.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new field configuration
      2. Add the field configuration to an existing field configuration scheme for a specific issue type.
        For example, use the new field configuration for "Task" issue type but use an old field configuration for "Story" issue type.
      3. Go to a project which uses the field configuration scheme from step 2.
      4. Add the field "Parent" to the relevant screen for the "Story" issue type
      5. View or create a "Story" issue that uses that screen

      Expected Results

      The "Parent" field appears on the field list.

      Actual Results

      The "Parent" field does not appear on the field list.

      Workaround

      1. Use the breadcrumb to view/change parent.
      2. OR reach out to Atlassian Support and request a temporary opt-out of the Parent field feature. It will be automatically re-enabled for you once this bug is fixed.
