Issue Summary

Opening an issue from Dependencies report in Advanced Roadmap plans, causes the entire dependency to remain selected and it is automatically selected in a way that it can be dragged across

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Advanced roadmap plan 
2. Go to Dependencies report and right-click on any issue key to open it in a new tab.
3. Come back to the dependencies report and you will notice that moving the cursor will move the entire dependencies. The boxes are selected and can be dragged - dropped anywhere.
4. This happens only in Chrome.

Expected Results

The dependency should not move with the mouse cursor.
