Date picker - start week on Monday

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Cloud. Using JIRA Portfolio Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In JIRA Agile the date picker starts with a Monday while in JIRA Portfolio, it starts with a Sunday. This is confusing for the users.

      Please change the calendar to start with a Monday in JIRA Portfolio as well.
