Ability to link to a plan with selected filters and table column configurations

      As a product manager I would like to share a link to a plan with my enabled filters so the recipient will see the same view

      Ability to persist filtering in the URL or similar for easy sharing.
      Filtering as described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAPortfolio/Searching+and+Filtering

      For example, I would like to share a plan with just one of my themes selected.

      Extension for this suggestion: Not only allow sharing active filters, but also table column configurations to allow sharing the same view of a plan with others.
