As a Portfolio user, I would like to be able to specify a JQL query in the search box when importing existing Issues to a Plan so that I can more efficiently choose the right issues to import.

This would prevent me from having to leave Portfolio, create a new Saved Filter, share that filter with everyone, re-open my plan, re-open the import dialog, and specify my Saved Filter do lots of things that I will probably screw up.
