From the capacity view, we can only get information such as "Free capacity", "Planned capacity" and "Capacity utilization" of each team member.

Suggested Solution

At the same location in UI, please have a link where it will redirect user to Issue Navigator to view all the issues that are assigned to the particular team member.

Workaround

One way to see the list of tickets assigned to a team member is to use the stories view and set the Grouping to "Members". That will show the stories that each member is working on per sprint.
