Add option to change the Team logo after creating a plan

      Problem Definition

      Right now, it isn't possible to change to logo of a team. Team logos are only set when creating a plan. This is done by finding the logo of the JIRA project that an issue source refers to.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the possibility to change the Team logo after creating a plan.
