Import wizard in live plans should show that completed issues are imported

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Cloud. Using JIRA Portfolio Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem statement
In live plans, when the source (filter, board or project) returns resolved issues, these are not currently shown in the import preview.
They are nevertheless imported, and the user can display them by setting the More->Completion date to a date sufficiently far back.

This behavior is confusing as the user has no perception that a bunch of issues are available but hidden in the plan. These issues are particularly relevant if the plan is used as a monitoring tool for a JIRA initiative that was started before the creation of the plan itself (and then will reasonably have a number of resolved issues at the time of import).

      Suggestion for the improvement
I would recommend to modify the import preview to include the full list of the issues actually imported, regardless of whether they would then be hidden (for any kind of default display setting).
Optionally, the preview may notify the user that some of these issues will be hidden (ideally detailing which ones and why).

      Expected benefit
This improvement would give the user a full understanding of what the plan will contain and will favor a better control of the different options and usage scenario
