Portfolio for JIRA allows you to visualise dependencies between issues in the schedule view, but it will only ever show you the blocking item/s and the blocked item/s for a given issue.
It would be nice to have the option to view the whole dependency chain when clicking on an item, perhaps with the immediately preceding and following dependencies highlighted in a different shade to the rest of the dependency chain.
