Issue Summary

Block link lines in Advanced Roadmap are confusing and appear backwards. The lines appear reversed, with clicking on the left end of an issue line to mark "is blocked by", drawing the line from the left end of the block down to the right end of the block for the issue that is blocking it. This should be reversed and the line should come from the right end where the issue is blocked to the left end of the issue that is blocking it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add two issues to a Roadmap plan and place blocks on the Roadmap for them
2. Click the left end of issue one, will be prompted for "Is blocked by". Enter the issue number for the other issue on the plan

Expected Results

The line would be coming out of the right end of the issue that is blocked and point to the left end of the issue blocking it

Actual Results

The line comes out of the left end of the issue that is blocked and goes to the right end of the issue blocking it.

Workaround

The temp solution is to drag the ribbon from the child to the parent, but then the module that popups is misleading
