Convert existing releases to a cross-project release

      Summary

      Currently, Portfolio only allows the option to create a new Cross-Project Release but there is no way to take an existing Release and converting it into a shared release.

      Proposed feature

      In the Releases add a share this release option to convert it into a Cross-Project Release that will automatically add the Release to the concerned Projects in JIRA.
