We are trying to leverage the team member availability feature to record time offs, sick days etc.  Currently, all team members have to individually enter any public holidays happening in their country by manually adding them.  It would be a great feature if the system does that automatically based on the GEO or some other metadata that we can enter once.

It would also be nice if the team member can save a link on their browser that would take them right to their vacation settings.
