As a user, I would like the ability to filter the roadmap view by JQL so that I can filter my results by more specific needs.

Example: We have a Blocked workflow status. We also use the Blocks issue link type. A ticket could be in a Blocked status because of a reason that is not related to another ticket so linking would not be feasible. However, I can only filter if a ticket has one of the dependency links OR by status. I can't have both in the same view.
