Parent links are unavailable when you change the preferred language

      Issue Summary

      While creating an issue in Jira, we have no issues in choosing the parent link from the drop-down menu, whereas when we change the preferred language to "Russian" in https://id.atlassian.com/ the parent links are unavailable.

      The same problem has been observed the Account preference is set to any of the below languages:

      • Japanese
      • Português
      • Francais
      • Spanish
      • Polish

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change your preferred language to "Russian" at https://id.atlassian.com/
      2. Try to create an issue and select the parent link, the drop-down is unavailable with the message "No match"

      Expected Results

      We should be able to choose the parent link irrespective of the language since it very well works in "English"

      Actual Results

      Parent links failed to load in a drop-down list and there is a message that states "no match" instead.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour other than requesting customer to use "English".
